The Spiritual War for the United States of America
The Spiritual Situation
It is apparent to a considerable number of people that the United States of American is in deep trouble. An adherent to the religion of Islam has taken over the White House, has assumed the powers of the President of the United States, and has begun the process of turning this country into an Islamic communist/socialist state similar in some ways to the old Soviet Union. It is clear that this man will not stop until there is a Minaret on every street corner in America and a majority of the church buildings in this country are all painted green and converted into mosques.

British, German, French and Italian Leaders Sign the Munich Pact of 1938 |
While this man does what he can to Islamacize America, Our nation's Christian leaders, for the most part, have hidden behind their pulpits and talked. Some of the major church organizations have even mandated that their pastors start quoting the Koran in their church services in the hope they can somehow appease our new Islamic President. They seem to have forgotten how well appeasement policies worked for the infamous British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain in 1938 and beyond. Neither do they seem to realize that the Bible does not teach appeasement anywhere in its pages.
Thankfully, not all church organizations have taken the appeasement approach. Many of these organization have spoken out against what is going on in the White House but have seen few results for their actions. Many of these leaders place their hopes on the 2012 elections as their vehicle for getting him out of the White House. That hope may be dashed though as some members of the Democrat party are now proposing that national elections should be postponed until their "unnamed crisis" in the United States is over. Considering these politicians have already succeeded in doing some rather questionable and clearly unconstitutional actions, these Christian leaders should not dismiss this possibility.
When these events are considered, it becomes apparent that the Christian world needs to come up with alternative ideas for dealing with what is happening to the United States. The first step we would suggest for all Christians is to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. That can only be done by a combination of repentance, bring broken before the LORD, and learning to obedient to what He says. These subjects should be taught in every church in America, but they are not!
David Wilkerson's church recently released an article suggesting these very things. He used the illustration of a boxer preparing for a fight. He asked the rhetorical question: "Does the boxer prepare for his fight by reading books about how other boxers fought their matches?" His rhetorical answer was "no!" The boxer prepares for his match by following the training regimen that his manager prescribes, and by practicing his techniques in the ring with his sparring partners. Only after countless hours of training and hard work is the boxer ready for his fight. Christians need to take the same attitude. We grow in the LORD not by reading books about it, but by developing a real relationship with the LORD. Once we have developed that relationship, we can go onto the next step, which is making war with the enemy. READ MORE
